LOOKING FOR EXAMPLES OF MULTI-YEAR PLANS AS OUTLNED IN STANDARD 15.3.1
Multi-year Plan--
The agency has a current, multi-year plan, which includes the following:--
long-term goals and operational objectives;--
anticipated workload in relation to population trends;--
anticipated personnel levels;--
anticipated capital improvements and equipment needs; and--
provisions for review and revision as needed.
OR - For those of you who have a multi-year plan, does your agency consider that your "strategic plan" or are you using something else for your strategic plan and if so can I get a copy of that?

Our chief calls it a Strategic Plan. He makes notes on a hard copy during the year, and I use that marked up copy for review and revision every year.
